Sable Mountain Lodge In Selous Game Reserve
 

Sable Mountain Lodge is situated in Selous Game Reserve, the largest game reserve in Africa. It features 2 restaurants, a freshwater swimming pool, a watering hole and a hideout. The lodge features a range of different accommodation types ranging from luxury tents to stone cottages. Each room has a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and the beds are draped in mosquito nets. Sable Mountain Lodge Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can relax around the swimming pool while enjoying refreshments from the bar. Activities at the lodge include full day or half-day game drives including a packed lunch, boat safaris and nature walks. A visit to the local Masai village can also be arranged. The lodge is 10 km from the town of Kisaki and a 6-hour drive from Dar es Salaam. The lodge can be accessed from Dar es Salaam by either the Tazara train or daily schedule flights.
